To set scenario Access Rights

By default, only group members can view a scenario. You can change scenario access rights and invite others to view a scenario.

Change access rights to Public so that others can view a scenario without needing an invitation. "Public" means anyone with an Autodesk 360 account and the InfraWorks 360 iPad app.

1. Click to open the Scenario Browser.
2. Double-click on an existing scenario name to open the Scenario Editor for that proposal.
3. Click Access Rights in the asset card.
4. Slide the Public Access slider to the right to publish the scenario to the public.

   Restrict publication by sliding the control back to the left.

Note: Click Manage On-line Scenarios from InfraWorks 360 Home to invite others to view a scenario.
