This window provides a simple interface for controlling regulators. A user edit is created by ICMLive Operator Client whenever a modification is made in this window. This user edit can then be selected in the Live Data Window when performing a manual run.
This user edit can then be included in:
The window is displayed on the left hand side of the Network Page.
Regulators are structures configured in InfoWorks ICM Ultimate or ICMLive Configuration Manager and are typically controlled by RTC (where their operation is dependent on measurements such as flow or depth within the network), although they may also be controlled directly by regulator events. See the InfoWorks ICM help for more information.
To display the window, click the Regulate tab on the left of the Network page, or select Regulate from the Window menu.

Controls to be regulated |
List box containing regulators of the selected type which are connected to a TVD connector referencing a data stream in a scalar TSD object as an input. This is configured in InfoWorks ICM Ultimate or ICMLive Configuration Manager (See the InfoWorks ICM help for further details). |
From |
From and Until are both date/time controls and are set by default at the start date/time of the simulation and at the end date/time of the simulation, respectively. Different dates and times can be entered here. |
Until |
|
Value |
Type in a value for the selected regulator. |
Apply |
Creates a new user edit for the data stream associated with the selected regulator(s). |
Refer to the Controlling regulators in ICMLive Operator Client section of the Editing Time Series Data topic for details on how to regulate controls.
