Tutorial: Review and edit project data

Using a complex schematic and circuit board, learn how to efficiently explore project data and make bulk changes, using information panels. The first activities involve a schematic diagram; later activities involve the related circuit board design.

Information panels are especially effective when working with densely crowded designs, where it is difficult to see and examine components.

Prerequisites

In the Data Panel, open Samples > Electronics Samples > Smart Meter, and then open the SmartMeter project document. Note that the document set includes a schematic design spread across four sheets and a circuit board design.
