To Work with a Project Library (Mobile)

Download the library, download selected folders, or suppress library folders from syncing.

  • In Icons view, you see document thumbnails with the document name underneath. Long document names are truncated.
  • In List view, you see all documents for that location, along with a small thumbnail and the time the document was last modified.

Download a Library or Selected Folders

  1. Tap Sign In/Out .
  2. In the Signed In As dialog, tap a project name.
  3. To change library folder options, tap Sync Settings . Then tap the arrow next to You Will Download To Device.
  4. In the Download Sync dialog, tap Library and select the library sync options.
    5. Note: To download folders instead of the entire library, tap the arrow next to Selected Folders and select and deselect folders.

  5. Tap Sync.

Suppress Syncing of Folders

Choose which library folders are downloaded during a sync. Limiting the number of folders improves performance when you sync large projects.

  1. Tap Sync Settings . Then tap the arrow next to You Will Download To Device.
  2. In the Download Sync dialog, tap Library.
  3. Tap the arrow next to Selected Folders and deselect the folders that you don’t want to sync.
  4. Tap Sync.
