Overview

The submittal log generation feature simplifies the process of creating submittal logs and detailed submittals from construction specifications. Previously, users had to rely on disconnected workflows involving tools like Pype or ACC AutoSpecs to extract submittal data, curate results, and manually publish them to the Submittals tool in Autodesk® Build. This process was inefficient and required manual replication of data between tools.

By integrating the submittal generation workflow directly into Autodesk Build, this feature connects the Specifications and Submittals tools, eliminating data overlaps and automating the mapping of extracted submittal data. The result is a more intuitive, efficient, and streamlined process for managing submittals.
