Troubleshooting the Geotechnical Modeler

Installation File Location:

 C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\C3D-GeoTechModeler< release year >.bundle

Database location:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D-GeoTechModeler-< release year >\Database

Hatch Pattern Style location:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\C3D-GeoTechModeler< release year >bundle\Contents\_GeologyHatchStyleConfiguration.toml

If you encounter issues that prevent you from continuing with the use of the Geotechnical Modeler within the current drawing session, it is suggested that you shut down Civil 3D and uninstall the Geotechnical Modeler is uninstalled by deleting the installation file location noted above. Then reinstall the Geotechnical MOdeler and restart Civil 3D.
