  1. Where can I access and review Digital Workplace usage information?

    You can access Digital Workplace usage information in the Reports section of the Admin portal.

  2. Will I be double charged for Digital Workplace if I have a hybrid environment (both on-prem and a virtual system)?

    No. As long as your Windows username is the same for the on-prem and virtual systems, the Digital Workplace setup will be the same for both systems.

  3. Are Windows profiles backed up for Digital Workplace end users?

    Not by default, but you can request a backup of Windows profiles through the Digital Workplace support team.

  4. How do I enable Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities for the Digital Workplace Admin Portal and/or digital desktops?
