What are the pre-requisites of Digital Workplace?
- Users must have an active Autodesk account.
- Users must install the Citrix Workspace App.
- Users must have access to a reliable Internet connection.
What should I do if I can’t sign in to the User Portal?
Visit https://accounts.autodesk.com/ to check that your Autodesk account is accessible. If you’re unable to sign in, please contact your Enterprise or Organization Administrator for assistance.
What browser is recommended for accessing Digital Workplace? Google Chrome or Chromium based browsers.
What Devices can I run Digital Workplace on? You can access Digital Workplace on any device that has the Citrix Workspace App installed. Currently, it is supported on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
How can I log in to Digital Workplace?
Can I enable SSO? Yes, Digital Workplace supports SSO for both the Admin Portal and digital desktops. Contact your Organization Administrator for setup instructions. .
Is my Windows profile persistent? Yes. Any changes to desktop icons, ribbons and settings will be saved by the end of the session.
Can I install applications on my Digital Desktop? No. Please contact your Organization Account administrator if you want to add an application.
Do I have local administration rights? No. End users don't have local administration rights.
What is the current Digital Workplace Privacy Policy? Digital Workplace is fully compliant with Autodesk Privacy Policy.
How can I opt out of Digital Workplace? Please contact your administrator to be removed.
Can I connect to the same Digital Desktop from Multiple devices? No, when you switch between devices, the connection moves to the new device.
