Cancel a run

You can cancel an ICM run that is currently running. If a run is cancelled, all simulations belonging to that run will also be cancelled.
Tip: Use the Simulations management page if you want to only cancel individual simulations in a run.
  1. Go to Runs.
  2. If you have access to more than one hub, check that the appropriate one is selected.
  3. In the Runs list, find the ICM run you want to cancel.

You can use the Database drop-down to limit the runs in the list to those for a particular database, use the My runs only option to filter your own runs, and/or use the Status drop-down to limit the list to runs whose status is Running.

  4. Click (Vertical Ellipsis) located at the end of the applicable row in the Run list.
  5. Select Cancel run from the menu.

A confirmation message is displayed. To cancel the run:

    1. Check the I understand that cancelling this run cannot be undone box.
    2. Click Cancel Run.

A confirmation message pops up when the run has been cancelled. And the run status is set to Failed.

The status of the simulations in the run in InfoWorks ICM should also indicate that they have been cancelled.
