This dialog is used to merge a pair of polygon objects of the same type to produce a single polygon.
The dialog is displayed by selecting a pair of polygon objects of the same type on the GeoPlan window and choosing GeoPlan 
Merge Polygons.

Polygon type |
The type of polygon to be merged. If more than one pair of polygon objects is selected, the type of polygon to be merged can be selected from the dropdown list. |

New polygon name |
Name to be given to the newly created polygon. |

Copy properties from |
Dropdown list of polygons to be merged. The newly created polygon will inherit the properties from the polygon selected from this list. |

Remove old polygons |
Check this option to delete the original selected polygons on creation of the new combined polygon. If this option is unchecked, the existing polygons will remain unchanged when the combined polygon is created; the existing polygons will have to be deleted manually. |
