To change the length of a shot
- Do either of the following:
- Drag the bottom corners of the shot.
For example, to make the selected camera shot active for a longer period of time, drag the bottom edges of the shot outward to make the shot longer. The bottom corner numbers indicate the length of the shot. As you drag, the Scale cursor
appears.
- Select View > Playlist to open the Shot Playlist window, then edit the length of the shot by editing the values in the Seq In and Out columns.
- Drag the bottom corners of the shot.
To split or trim a shot
- Select the shot.
- Move the time indicator in the Camera Sequencer to the time where you want the split or trim.
- Click a trim
or split
icon in the Camera Sequencer toolbar.
The shot is split or trimmed at the current sequence time. Splitting a shot also splits the associated audio clip.
