Use the following options to set what happens when you select Mesh Display > Create Empty Color Set.
- Color Range
- Turn on Clamped to clamp the color and alpha values to the 0-1 range.
- Component Type
- Specify whether your new color set is RGB, RGBA, or A (alpha) only.
- Color Set Sharing
- Shared
- Every instance of the object has the new color set.
- Per Instance Shared
- All selected instances of the object share the new color set.
- Per Instance Unshared
- All selected instances of the object get a unique color set.
