Compare Direction |
Choose to run the comparison for both directions or only for one of either. Note: For bidirectional analysis, the parts will be cloned and the clones' mesh will be refined until suitable. This only changes the mesh resolution; the shape will remain unchanged.

Align Meshes |
Attempts to match similar asymmetries between part axes. |

Flip the selection of Reference and Comparison |
Results controls
Tolerance |
Sets a threshold. Distances below this value are deemed ok (colored green), distances beyond are colored according to their signed direction (red or blue). |
Color Gradient |
Toggles smoothing between extremes. |
Enable Triangle Highlighting |
Highlights the triangle grid with black lines. |
Highlight Edges |
Highlights features dependent on the threshold with yellow lines. |
Transparency |
Toggles transparency to allow examining features below the outermost surface. |
Additionally, on the Bar Chart tab, you can mark bars in a histogram to affect the coloring of the results.
