The nature of the machine's build platform can be parameterized on the Zones tab.
There are two different types of zones:
- Build Zones
- No-Build Zones
Build zones are places that are accessible by the printing machine. No-build zones are not accessible. The combination of build and no-build zones defines the build platform.
This example shows a platform that has a spot in the middle that is not accessible by the printing machine.
General platform settings can be found on the Settings tab. The platform's Zero Position (in millimeters), the maximum Build Height (in millimeters), and the Recoating Time (in seconds) can be parameterized there.
