Run a Report

Run reports from the Report List. Reports are specific to a workspace.

  1. Go to Advanced Tools > Reports.

  2. In the Run As column, select whether to generate an HTML file, Microsoft Excel file, or chart:

    report list

    (The Chart option is only available if a chart has been set up for the report.)

  3. Some reports are created with filters that are editable at runtime. When you run a report with runtime filters, a dialog box appears prompting you for runtime values. Enter the values.

    Note: If a default value was specified at the time the report was created, the dialog box is populated with that value. To run the report with a different value, over-write the default value.
  4. Click Run.

Tip: If you have permission to run a report as a chart, you can add the chart to the Reports panel of your Fusion Manage dashboard.
