View the Items in a Workspace

The workspace lists the items contained in it.

Open an Item

• In the item list, click an item.

  The item opens to the right of the item list. You can continue browsing the list while keeping the selected item open.

Close an Item

• In the upper-right corner of the item header, click Close.

  The item closes and you are returned to the workspace view.

Hide or Show the Item List

• In the item header, click Full View () or Split View (). Full View displays the item full screen. Split View shows both the item list in the workspace as well as the open item.
