Use these best practices to revise and update factory and member files.
Revise Only Affected Members
- Change state and check out Factory only.
- Modify iPart/iAssembly and synchronize properties.
- Generate Members and remove the read-only setting for iAssembly members.
- Review changed members in the Vault client. Make sure the Add (+) status modifier is displayed.
- Change state on affected members only.
- Check-in Factory.
Members are automatically checked-in.
- Get latest members.
- Test members.
- Release factory and members in the Vault client.
