Fusion Manage Panel
The Fusion Manage Panel provides a live, read-only view of synchronized Vault Items directly within the Vault client, eliminating the need to switch between applications.
When you select a synchronized Item or file in Vault, the Fusion Manage Panel automatically identifies and displays the corresponding Item details from Fusion Manage. This includes properties, BOMs, related items, change orders, where-used information, and attached files.
When you select a file from the Vault grid, the panel checks for associated Items. If the file has a single associated Item, it displays immediately. If the file has multiple associated Items, the panel provides a list for you to select from.
The panel creates a seamless connection between Vault and Fusion Manage, allowing you to:
- Verify synchronization results instantly
- Review Item details without leaving Vault
- Explore BOM structures with expandable hierarchies
- Track engineering changes affecting Items
- Access all Item-related information in one place
All information displayed in the panel is read-only and reflects the current state in Fusion Manage. Use the panel toolbar to open Items directly in Fusion Manage or refresh the displayed data.
Requirements
To use the Fusion Manage Panel:
- Vault Connector must be enabled and configured
- Items must be synchronized at least once to appear in the panel
- Internet connectivity is required to retrieve data from Fusion Manage
- Vault client must have access to the Fusion Manage tenant
