Delete a View

This tool deletes views from a detail. The connection to the model remains intact.

When creating assembly drawings, various views and cuts of the main part may be generated. The unnecessary views can be deleted.

To delete a view, select the inner green frame around it and press Delete on the keyboard. Alternatively you can use the Delete View command.

Access the command

In the Labels & Dimensions tab Parametric views, click (Delete View).

Delete a view

1. Open the detail drawing.
2. In the Labels & Dimensions tab Parametric views, click (Delete View).
3. Click the view to delete.

• The view is deleted.
