Learn how you can force-arrange all the labels that were moved outside the accepted area.
In addition to the default setting in the Management Tools application, the command in the ribbon provides the on-demand option to rearrange the labels, especially after changing element orientation in relation to the compass direction.
In the Labels & Dimensions tab 
Parametric Views panel expand the panel and click
(Rearrange all labels according to compass).
This performs an on-demand automatic rearrangement of labels, placed according to the compass, using the existing rules - labels manually moved inside the accepted area keep their position, while labels moved outside the accepted area will reset their position.
The command prompts for a view selection and will perform the rearrangement only for the labels that belong to that specific view and not to the entire sheet. The command does not perform a drawing update.
