Check a model's geolocation information before connecting to a Forma scenario or afterward to confirm the details.

To check the geolocation defined for a model
- Open the model in Revit.
- Click Manage tab > Project Location panel >
(Location).
- On the Location tab of the Location and Site dialog, check the information:
- No geolocation: If the dialog displays Define Location by: Internet Mapping Service or Default City List, and the values are empty or show a default suggestion, there is currently no geolocation defined for the model. When you connect to a scenario, you will be prompted to specify a draft geolocation.
- Draft geolocation: If the model is connected to a scenario and draft geolocation was used, the Geolocation section of the dialog shows Type: Draft. You can follow steps to acquire coordinates for advanced geolocation.
- Advanced geolocation: If advanced geolocation is defined for the model, the Geolocation section of the dialog shows Type: Advanced, with details of the coordinate reference system (CRS).
