References

Add references to documents, sheets, RFIs, submittals, and issues to a meeting for easy access to relevant information during the meeting.

There are two types of references:

  • Meeting references: Documents or sheets, from respective tools, relevant to the meeting but not to individual meeting items.
  • Item references: Files, Sheets, RFIs, Issues, Photos, Submittals, Assets, Forms, Schedule, Plan Tasks, and Cost items can be attached to individual items using the More menu .

Viewing References

View the reference list by clicking the References button . Add and remove meeting references from the references list.

Note: Adding item references in meeting discussions is necessary before using the More menu . The reference drawer contains items with added references.

Clicking the reference link below an item opens the reference drawer.

Reference files open a new browser tab. View the file and quickly get back to the meeting. A referenced RFI or issue opens a new tab with the respective tool open.

Add References or Data to Meeting Items

Use the More menu next to an item to add:

  • Due date
  • Assignee
  • Flag
  • References
