Video Conference Links

Add video conference links to a Zoom meeting or Microsoft Teams meeting with the Meetings tool. A valid Zoom or Microsoft Teams account is required.

Note: Meetings scheduled from the Meetings tool may show different start times in the Zoom account and Meetings tool. Refer to the meeting time in the Meetings tool.

Install the Autodesk Construction Cloud App in the Zoom Marketplace

  1. Sign in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.

  2. Search for Autodesk Construction Cloud.

  3. Click the app.

  4. Click Install.

  5. Click Authorize.

  1. In Autodesk Build, click Meetings from the left navigation to open the Meetings tool.

  2. Click Create meeting.

  3. Click Add link and choose Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

    1. Edit the generated Microsoft Teams link as needed using the pencil icon .
    2. To add the Zoom link, log into your Zoom account. Authorize Autodesk Construction Cloud to access your Zoom account during first sign-in.

  4. Fill in the remaining details of the meeting. See the Create Meetings topic for more information.

Note: Currently, adding a video conference link doesn't create a calendar entry in Teams or Zoom.

Join a Meeting's Video Conference

In a meeting, click the video conference link to join a meeting.

The video conference link can be edited to add a link copied from another video conferencing tool.

Uninstall the Autodesk Construction Cloud App in the Zoom Marketplace

  1. Sign in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Search for Autodesk Construction Cloud and click the app or navigate to installed apps through Manage > Installed Apps.
  3. Click Uninstall next to Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  4. Confirm the choice and click Uninstall.
