During a Meeting
Use the Meetings tool to track attendance and take notes during meetings. Export notes as meeting minutes in PDF format at the end of the meeting.
Record Attendance
As invitees join the meeting, toggle the checkboxes next to their names in the Invitees list.
Take Notes
- Write in the meeting summary.
- Add notes to a new line of a meeting item. Click item and press Enter to insert a line break and write notes.
Assign Follow-up Work and Due Dates for Meeting Items
Click the More menu to assign meeting items to the attendee responsible for the follow-up work.
Click the More menu
to assign a due date.
Close Meeting Items
Use the status drop-down menus to close items during the meeting. Follow-up meetings won't include closed items.
Adjust Order of Meeting Topics and Items
To reorder meeting topics or items:
- Hover the cursor over the meeting topic or item.
- Click the handle icon
and drag the topic or item as needed.
Topic and item numbering updates automatically.
Items can be moved between topics.
Mark as Minutes
Once the meeting notes are complete, open the drop-down list in the top-left corner of the meeting and select Minutes. Notes are now read-only.
Organizers and administrators can still reopen the meeting and make edits.
Inform attendees that they can export a PDF of the meeting minutes.
