RFIs Shared through Bridge Reports

RFIs received through Bridge in target projects are exportable in standard reports, providing comprehensive documentation capabilities for shared RFI information across connected projects.

Exporting shared RFIs

When generating RFI reports that include RFIs shared through Bridge:

User identification: User names appear when available, with "Bridge User" displayed where original user information is missing
Project tracking: "Shared from" and "Shared to" fields are included in reports, listing the connected projects and their accounts
Complete data: All shared data elements are included according to the sharing data mapping detailed in the introduction section

Report types supported

Single RFI Reports

Individual shared RFIs can be exported as PDF reports
Include all shared attachments and references
Preserve original timestamps and user information where available

RFI Summary Reports

Bulk export of multiple shared RFIs in PDF or Excel format
Filter to include only shared RFIs, only local RFIs, or both
Cross-project visibility in consolidated reports
