Adding DR- to a Heidenhain NC Format

How to add DR- to the TOOL CALL line of a Heidenhain NC Format.

Editing the NC Format

DR- can be added to the TOOL CALL line as follows.

1. Start Autodesk CAMplete TruePath.

2. In the ribbon, go to Manage > Resources > NC Formats.

3. Expand the NC Format to the Tool Change Block.

4. Select the Tool Change Block and click Edit.

   

5. Click New Codes Window.

   

6. Drag and drop the DR command into the Code Layout column of the TOOL CALL line.

   

7. Click Finish.

8. Click OK.

9. Click Close to close the Resource Manager.
