    Issue Email Notifications

    The following table shows who receives an email notification for different actions in issues. If the Assignee or owner is defined as a role or company emails are sent to everyone that matches the role or company.

    Assignee Owner
    Create an open issue
    Status change
    Due date changed
    New comment

    The person, role, or company mentioned in a comment are also notified by email of that comment.
