Draw Freehand

Click Viewpoint tab > Save, Load & Playback panel > Saved Viewpoints drop-down, and choose the viewpoint that you want to review.

Click Review tab > Markup panel > Draw drop-down, and click Freehand .

Drag the mouse to draw in the viewpoint.
