To Refine the Lattice

In the steps below, the default view is adjusted and the refinement level of the lattice mesh is increased.

1. At the bottom left pane, switch to the Parts tab.
2. Expand the Part node of the properties panel.
3. Change the View to Shaded Wireframe.
4. Expand the Lattice node of the properties panel.
5. In the Modifications node, set Smooth to Fine.
6. From the toolbar menu, click Create Component .
