Each structure in the structure library has a subdirectory labeled Scripts. The scripts apply to the 3S Executor. This means you can preset fragmentation, the execution of all volume tools, and assign cells to fragments.
To add a new script:
- Right-click
Scripts in the project tree and choose Create New Script.
Tip: You can also double-click the blue plus icon to the right of the Scripts label.
- Enter a name for the script.
- Enter script commands in the main display.
- Enable the Execute at Application of Structure check box if you want to execute the script automatically when you apply the structure to a part.
- Enable the Show in 3S Executor check box to display the script in the tabsheet when the structure is selected in the parts section of the project tree. From there, it can be executed with a single left-click.
- Click the "..." button to select a part and structure combination.
- Click Check Syntax to review the script for applicability.
- Click Execute to apply the script to the selected structure in the 3S Executor.
