Use the Curve Analysis page of the Options dialog to change the comb scale.
- Click File > Options > Application Options > Tools > Analysis > Curve Analysis.
- Use the following options to specify the comb settings:
- Comb scale — Enter the size of the curvature combs display. The default comb size is multiplied by this value.
- Comb density — Enter the comb density. The default density is
1.0. Increase the density to add more teeth on curvature combs, decrease the density to reduce the number of teeth. The density must be greater than
0.0001.
Tip: A high comb density may take a long time to compute therefore it is recommended that you increase the density in small increments.
- Draw a comb normal to the curve — Select this option to draw the curvature combs normal to the curve.
- Draw a comb normal to the view — Select this option to draw the curvature combs normal to the view.
