To Set Equal Overhead Spans and Define Span Length

You can specify equal or nonequal overhead spans and a define preferred span length.

1. Click Home tabElectric Overheaddown-arrow.
2. In the General area do either or both of the following operations:
   • Click Create Equal Spans.
   • Click Preferred Span Length and enter the length value.
     

If the Preferred Span Length value specified is larger than the Max Span attribute value of the conductor model, the Max Span value is used to split the conductor so that the smaller of these two values is used.
