This page displays an overview GeoExplorer or map with polygons representing areas of interest (AOI) within InfoWorks networks. These polygons have been defined by the user in InfoWorks ICM Ultimate or ICMLive Configuration Manager, and split the network into different areas. These AOI must be saved in selection lists in InfoWorks ICM Ultimate or ICMLive Configuration Manager. At least one selection list must be selected during the configuration of the Manifest object in InfoWorks ICM Ultimate or ICMLive Configuration Manager. If no selection list has been specified then a default polygon will be generated from the network extents.
To open the Overview page:
- Open ICMLive Operator Client.
- Select the Select Manifest Deployment option from the File menu. The Select a Manifest Deployment dialog is displayed.
- Select a manifest deployment in the dropdown and click OK.
The area of interest polygons are themed according to the most important alert present for that area of interest in the forecast period. The alert theme is part of the Manifest Deployment object. See the InfoWorks ICM help for more information.
The GeoPlan Window displays a polygon for each area of interest. Background GIS layers displayed on the GeoPlan Window are specified by:
- Selecting one or more layer lists in the manifest object in InfoWorks ICM or ICMLive Configuration Manager.
- Right-clicking the GeoPlan in ICMLive Operator Client and selecting GIS Layer Control from the context menu to add GIS layers.
The following actions can be implemented in the Overview Page:
- Click a polygon in the map view using the
tool to select it. Hold the CTRL key to select multiple polygons.
- Click a polygon using the
tool to display the
Network View for the network associated with the polygon.
- Right-click on the GeoPlan window to display a context menu containing options to control the map display.
