View Existing Submittals

A blue X submittal(s) link in the Submittals column indates whether, and how many submittals have been generated for a given specification.

To view submittals associated with a given specification, click the X submittals(s) link in the Submittals column to view submittals associated with a given specification.

The modal that displays the following information:

• Specification version: Click the desired version drop-down menu to view submittals associated with this specification.

  Note: By default, the latest version is expanded, and older versions are collapsed.
  Tip: In addition, the number in brackets () indicates the number of specifications associated with a given specification.

• Submittal title

• Submittal status. Status can be one of the following:

  • Published

  • In review

  • Duplicate

  • Pre-draft

  • Error
