Autodesk Data Exchange Connector for Revit 2026

  • A compatible version of the Dynamo Connector for Autodesk Data Exchange Connector for Revit 2026 is unavailable. We will provide updates on its availability in the future.
  • Exchanges require a 3D view in Revit to be included in the list of Views.
  • Data Exchange operations are not supported on Family Editor.
  • If you delete an exchange accidentally, you can find and restore it in Autodesk Docs, but the link with the Revit Document gets removed.
  • Revit Cloud Work-sharing workflows require synchronization of the local model with the central model before updating an exchange. If you attempt to update an exchange with unsynchronized changes, it may cause failures.
  • Exchanges may not get updated automatically from the linked Revit models.
  • When you create an exchange for the first time, you will notice that the Save to panel that displays the list of target folders takes a longer time to synchronize and load the folders from Autodesk Docs.

  • Autodesk Data Exchange Connector for Revit 2024 does not support using the "Selection" filter for creating Data Exchange with specific elements.
