Open and Save Viewpoints

Save and open viewpoints you create in the Files tool.

Note:

You can also open viewpoints that originate from the source file.

For example, if a file was created in Navisworks and viewpoints were saved there, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will by default import these viewpoints in as well when the file is uploaded to ACC. So you can view these external viewpoints in the viewer as well.

In the Viewpoints panel, you will see sections for Imported from Navisworks or Imported from other products depending on what is existing.

Open Viewpoints

  1. In the Files tool, open a 3D model file.

  2. In the viewer, click the Viewpoints tab on the left panel.
