Use API scripts to determine the flatness or roundness of features.

Determining the flatness and roundness of features is often difficult. Two scripts are available that aid in the process.

Flatness script

To use the flatness script:

1. Select nodes on the plane to check, by any means necessary.
2. Click View tab > Windows panel > User Interface > Command line.
3. Type flatness on the command line. A message box will appear indicating the flatness before and after the warpage.

Roundness script

To use the roundness script:

1. Select nodes on the plane to check, by any means necessary.
2. Click View tab > Windows panel > User Interface > Command line.
3. Type roundness on the command line. A message box will appear indicating the roundness before and after the warpage.
