Explanation

The orientation of adjacent elements in the model is inconsistent. The cooling program requires that the part model be orientated so that the blue faces the outside at all times.

Resolution

Select (Mesh > Mesh Repair Wizard) to identify mis-aligned elements. Select (Mesh > Mesh Tools > Orient Elements) to make the orientation of the indicated elements consistent.
