** WARNING 202202 ** The STAMP shrinkage model is not supported for microcellular molding. The analysis will use the Uncorrected Residual Stress Model.

Explanation

The STAMP model uses measured shrinkage molding data from a non-foamed injection molding process and so cannot be used to calibrate a microcellular molding process. The analysis will continue using the Uncorrected Residual Stress Model.

Resolution

• Do nothing as in most cases the Uncorrected Residual Stress Model is a suitable model for microcellular molding.
• Edit the material data to select either the Uncorrected Residual Stress Model or the Generic Shrinkage Model in the Select a shrinkage model (3D) drop-down menu.
