Showing and hiding visual keyframes
Visual keyframes in the Transport Controls can be displayed or hidden at any time. You can also control whether visual keyframes display color-coded feedback.
To display or hide visual keyframes:
- Select an animated object. Keyframes on objects that are not selected do not display.
- Right-click the Action timeline in the Transport Controls window.
- Select Display > Visual Keys to show or hide visual keyframes on the Action timeline. Keyframes are shown by default.
To show color-coding for visual keyframes:
In the Transport Controls, right-click the timeline and select Visual Keys > Show Key Hint.
As you set keyframes on a character for example, the tips of the keyframes are now color-coded to indicate what is keyed.
To show color-coding for visual keyframes:
In the Transport Controls, right-click the timeline and deselect Visual Keys > Show Key Hint.
All visual keyframes on the timeline now display with no color-coding.
