    Creating dimensions in a view

This option is used to create dimensions automatically for a selected drawing view.

Note: The View option is available only when a drawing is displayed.

    To create a View dimension:

    1. Open an existing drawing or create a new drawing.
    2. Click Annotation tab > Dimension panel > View.

The Dimension toolbar is displayed. This can be used to edit attributes of the new dimensions, such as the annotation text.

    3. Use the Dimension view dialog to create the dimension.
