Delete a workflow
Workflows are one of the few areas within Upchain where deletion completely removes the object from the database. You may do this if you no longer want to use the workflow and are tidying up your tenant.
Note: Deleting a workflow is irreversible; we recommend you export your workflow to an XML file as a backup before proceeding. A deleted workflow still proceeds to completion for objects to which they were assigned if the workflow has already been selected but not completed.
To delete a workflow:
- Click the more options icon (
). - Select Delete.
- In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The workflow and all of its versions are deleted from Upchain.
