Align or arrange labels on demand, using an existing reference label and a set of predefined rules, specific to each command.
Align labels to reference: This command will use a reference label position and a selected direction to align a group of selected labels. The direction is determined during the command, and can be provided by objects, by the horizontal or vertical directions of the sheet, or by a line.
Arrange labels: This command will read the leader line length of a reference label and apply it to a group of selected labels. When applying the leader line length, the arranged labels will keep the leader line orientation and angle and will only move the label text along the existing leader line. The command is intended as a first step in arranging a group of labels, spreading them apart from the main view.
Both commands will work on any type of drawing, and they can align or arrange even labels that come from different views of the same sheet.
Both automatic and manual labels can be aligned or arranged using the two commands, and all automatic labels that are arranged or aligned will keep their position during update after using the commands.
