Search, Filter, and Group a Plan

The extensive data generated in construction projects can be efficiently navigated using robust search, filtering, and grouping capabilities. Search functions empower users to swiftly locate specific information across the corpus by keywords or phrases, eliminating tedious manual browsing.

Precise filtering affords users greater control to refine extensive lists down to the most relevant items based on status, dates, assignments, priorities, and custom attributes. Setting filters helps users avoid information overload and focus on pertinent data.

Logical grouping of items into categories and summarizing identical elements brings structure for effortless analysis. Users can group tasks by trade, location, responsibilities, and more to uncover valuable insights.

Together, these features enable users to effectively segment project data on demand, exposing underlying patterns and relationships imperceptible in unsorted data. Such analytical dexterity allows for superior visibility and informed decision-making.

Filtering by Task References

The advanced filter options allow you to refine the task list based on references:

  1. Open the filter panel from the list view.
  2. In the Attributes section, select Has References to only include tasks that have linked objects.
  3. To filter for specific reference types, choose the desired object types under Reference Types.

The task list will only show tasks matching the selected reference criteria.
