Create and Edit Title Block Templates
Title block templates contain defined areas in the title block to capture attribute values.
Title block templates are useful when you have to conduct multiple extraction sessions as it saves members time and effort having to manually add attributes, define capture areas, and input values during each session. Our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system will use the template to automatically read and populate attribute values from the predefined areas.
Project administrators can create title block templates at any time. For example, if a project mainly uses drawings with the same title block layout and paper size, they could create a template at the start of the project to save time for members.
Members can select the templates in the first step of the extraction process for drawings which match the same title block layout and the same paper size defined in the template.
