Displaying a long section from the GeoPlan window
- On the Tools toolbar, click the
(Long section pick) icon then click a link on the GeoPlan.
The software selects all the nodes and links in either direction from the point where you clicked until a junction is reached.
You can hold down the Ctrl key and click additional links to add them to the section, or existing links to remove them. The only limitation is that the section must remain continuous and without branches.
Alternatively:
- Open a new long-section window (using the
tool or Window
New long section window), then return to the GeoPlan and use the
tool to select the links to be viewed.
- Select a run of objects on the GeoPlan, then, in a Long Section window, right-click and choose Create from selection.
