Approve or Decline content on iOS
Approve or Decline an item
Depending on your permissions within the project, you may see a checkmark ✓ and an X to the right of the Notes icon. Click the checkmark to quickly mark a file as ✓ Approved or the X to mark it as X Declined. Click again to remove the approval or decline.
Items you have approved will show a green check ✓, items you have declined will show a red X.
The approval/decline will be visible in the Notes panel, just like any other note, but will not necessarily be visible to other users on the project.
Review what others have approved or declined
PIX must set up other users on the project to be able to see approvals and declines made by other users. If this is something you are interested in setting up, please contact PIX Support.
If you approve an item and someone else declines it, you will see ✓ approved (for your approval) and a number next to the X to indicate how many other users declined the item.
Similarly, if you and another person approve an item you will see a green check with the word “approved” (for your approval) and another checkmark with a number to indicate how many other users approved it. Same with declines, but you will see an X instead of a ✓.
Set up Notifications for Approvals and Declines
With Gatekeeper approval, you can have PIX set up email notifications that will alert you when items have been approved or declined within your project.
