View > View Settings

Save the current view for use later or with other models. The View Settings file preserves and applies visualization elements such as planes, iso surfaces, and traces as well as the model orientation and visual style.

To save a View Settings file

• Click View (tab) > View Settings (panel) > Save View.
• Alternatively, right click off the model, and click Save view settings...

To apply a view settings file within a different session or to another scenario

• Click View (tab) > View Settings (panel) > Apply View.
• Alternatively, right click off the model, and click Open view settings...

View Settings files make it easy to save and recreate a particular view. This ability improves results presentation consistency and reduces duplication of effort.
