UI Language Changes

To change the language used to display the VRED interface, do the following, then restart VRED:

1. Select Edit > Preferences > General Settings > Interface > Application.
2. In the User Language section, click the arrow and select another language from the list.
3. Click Apply, then OK.
4. Save any work, then close and restart VRED.
