View machine status

Access the Machine status dashboard to monitor real-time machine performance of your connected machines.

Prerequisites

• Access to Fusion Machine Connect in the Fusion web client
• Connected machines with active licenses

Steps

1. In the Fusion web client, switch to the Fusion Machine Connect view.

2. Click the Reports page in the main navigation.

3. In the View dropdown, select Machine status.

   The Machine Status dashboard displays with two main sections:

   • Status summary: An overview showing the percentage of time all machines spend in each status
   • Status by machine: Separate charts for each connected machine showing their status distribution

4. Review the Status summary section to see the overall distribution of machine statuses:

   • Running: Green segments show machines actively processing
   • Idle: Orange segments show machines powered on but not running
   • Stopped: Red segments show machines that have stopped
   • Not connected: Grey segments show offline machines

5. Examine the Status by machine section to view individual machine performance:

   • Each pie-chart represents one machine
   • Color coding matches the status summary
   • Machine names appear below each pie-chart

Expected Outcome

You can see real-time machine status information with both high-level overview and detailed individual machine breakdowns, helping you monitor shop floor efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
